May 14, 2007I just would like to share with you a letter asking for your help for Mr. Henry Botengan. I know him as one of our alumni in the Green Mountain Circle-Cordilleran Society at UPLB. His son, Ryan, is my batchmate and friend. want to help them out to let other friends and relatives know about their plight right now. The letter you are going to read has been edited. I just included those information that I are relevant for this posting.
The letter goes this way…
I am writing you for help in circulating (husband)
Pajo's (Henry Botengan) plight and possibly solicit financial
assistance for his forthcoming kidney transplant.
Pajo had been confined at the Los Banos Doctors
Hospital for almost two weeks in what was originally
thought of as a mild stroke. Tests later revealed
that his kidneys were only functioning at 10.39%. A
second opinion also resulted in the same conclusion
that a kidney transplant is inevitable.
