Baltazar Fernando’s Photo Collection
February 2, 2009I went to visit my lola and I requested to browse their old pictures. I found some pictures that are relevent to Benguet’s political history. I just wish that my great grand pa was still in the family home in Bokod, Benguet when I went home last weekend. He would have told me stories about the pictures I found. Some pictures have his hand writing about the occasion and date but most of the pictures do not have any text at all.
Here are some of the pictures that I scanned to share with you…

I appreciate the services rendered by Baltazar Fernando in the municipality of Bokod. If not because of him who donated lot for the Benguet School of Arts and Trades, klot of people should have been deprived of education. Hopefully the good image of the school should be maintained to attractmore students to enroll and one way to maintain the good image is to develop the teachers. Just and fair staff development must be observed in Bokod Campus. Hopefully, there will come a time that fairness will be experienced by BSU-Bokod Campus faculty before they will retire from the service. Praying that they will enjoy the freedom of speech. The heads have to do it in the memory of Baltazar Fernando.
