Exploring Tukang Cave

Tukang Cave is located in Tuba, Benguet. It is a 40 minute drive from Baguio City and a 20 minute walk from the main road to the cave entrace.

It was my first time to enter a cave so I got excited. I took in an anti-allergy pill because I was prone to different kinds of allergies from insect bites and dust.

There were 15 of us who entered the cave. According to Ms. Claire Prudencio, our Provincial Tourism Officer, Tukang cave should be explored by experienced spelunkers— she was right! But thank God! we all survived the 4 hour exploration inside the cave.
